This notice explains what personal data Cadre Marketing collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
Who we are
Cadre Marketing (“Cadre”, “we”) is a trading style of WeSure, which is the data controller for personal data collected through cadremarketing.co.uk. Contact us about anything in this notice at [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you contact us or request a free health check
We collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address and phone number, and the details you add, such as the service you are interested in, your budget, your website and social links, and your goals. We use it to reply to you, to carry out the health check you asked for, and to discuss working together.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask about our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Keeping the site secure
To stop spam, the forms keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for no more than 24 hours. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site and your data safe.
Analytics and marketing
Only if you agree, we use cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. See Cookies below.
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and health-check requests for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what we need for as long as we work together and as the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and to correct, delete or restrict it. You can object to how we use it, ask us to transfer it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if anything changes, and the date at the top will show when. If a change affects your cookie choices, we will ask you again.
